At first, I was reluctant to buy a trike that I hadn't even seen from a company across the continent. When I called Hugh, though, he was so friendly and helpful that I decided to go through with the purchase. Am I ever glad I did! Hugh guided me through my "short list" of trikes, and I decided on the ICE-T. Once that decision was made, Hugh helped me pick the options and accessories that were right for me. At each stage of the process he was understanding and knowledgeable. (He never laughed at my ignorance.) His communications through email were always prompt, and the trike arrived partially assembled the day before it was promised. Even after the sale was complete, he has been eager to help with my post-purchase questions.
The trike itself is everything I had hoped for. It is a blast to ride, very well made, comfortable, stable, and a lot more fun than the treadmill. I've already registered for my first "Charity Ride." It disassembles easily for transport, and feels stable in turns and when whizzing down hills. I am very satisfied with both the product and PBW.
