PL350 350 Watt Motor-assist for recumbent trikes
The PL-350 Bionx motorized electric-assist conversions gives you an extra boost to use your trike for an expanded range of commuting. Use your car less. The 350W system gives greater hill-climbing ability over the 250W version, but requires more energy and uses a larger and higher voltage 36V battery.
The system measures your input power and increases it by 25%, 50%, or 100%. The user interface is simple and intuitive.
The Bionx 36V lithium ion battery is lighter than the NiMH version and survives high-cycle use and the regenerative braking feature converts rolling energy back into electric power when you activate your brake.
Bionx electric motor conversions can be installed on most of the vehicles we sell. Or you can buy the kit and electrify your own bike.
Price is for the kit. Installation is extra. Special cable lengths may incur a surcharge. We do not install these units on vehicles with wheels smaller than 20" 406.
