In Catrike words, the 700 is "an all-out speed Catrike. Its aerodynamics seating position, fast rolling 700C wheel and high gears, give it a top performance. It is arguably the fastest recumbent trike in the World."
No argument here. In fact, we think the Catrike words are a bit modest. The 700 couples nimble 16" front wheels with the long wheelbase laid-back frame and massive 700c wheel for exceptionally true tracking and easy handling. The stiff aluminum space frame transfers power efficiently across the distance.
Please note that the 700 is NOT for the faint of heart nor the comfort crowd. Maybe it's comfortable for you, but racing is its intended purpose. You will be almost laid out flat for the best aerodynamics and pedalling efficiency.
