Compact tandem recumbent & upright
The Pino tandem lets you have the best of both worlds - recumbent and upright.
The front rider is recumbent. The back rider is upright.
Both riders get to see the world around!
Beware, though, the Pino tandem will make you re-define "captain" and "stoker". The Pino equalizes... The front person gets to ride recumbent, but does not generally steer. The back person rides uprights and steers. Who is the "captain"? On a Pino, everyone is the captain!
Because of its ingenious design, extension of the rear seatpost also lengthens the distance to the handlebars, thereby accommodating bigger bodies as well as longer legs.
Standard equipment includes:

- fenders (mudguards)
- heavy-duty rack
- double kickstand
- hydraulic disc brakes
- full 27-speed drivetrain
- 1/2 independent pedalling (the front person can choose to pedal, or not)
The Pino can be ordered with any of the Hase disability accessories. Alternatively, you can customize your Pino with:
